These terms cover the Meridian Dental website, online booking, and patient portal. Clinical care is governed by your treatment consent and professional standards.

Services

Online booking reserves clinic time subject to confirmation. Emergency capacity is limited. Fees shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing.

AI receptionist

The assistant provides general information and may book appointments using clinic availability tools. It is not a substitute for diagnosis or emergency medical care. Escalate urgent symptoms by phone.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations may require a booking deposit for future visits.

Liability

Website content is informational. Treatment outcomes depend on clinical findings. Nothing on this site creates a doctor–patient relationship until you attend and consent to care.
